PCD Full Round Trapezoid Plate
ProCrete full round PCD plates are designed with a large full round PCD chip for long life and aggressive removal of epoxy, elastomeric, and other coatings. The PCD chip scrapes and rips through tough coatings without gumming up or smearing the coatings. The round carbide plate in the back acts as a depth guide to help control the cutting depth. These plates are good for large jobs.
2 Quarter Round PCD's With Hard Bond Diamond Segment Trapezoid Plate
ProCrete 2 quarter round PCD's with hard bond diamond segment plate is designed for very aggressive removal without damaging the floor too much. The two quarter round PCD chips rip through coatings without too much wear on the machine allowing for very fast production rates. These plates are excellent for aggressive removal of epoxy and elastomeric coatings.

ProCrete PCD chunk trapezoid plates are designed for removal of thin mil and abrasive coatings. Chunks of PCD are embedded in the segments creating a very coarse grit. These plates are good when a aggressive grind is required.

ProCrete Rapid Grind segments are designed for fast production on hard concrete. The bond is designed is designed to with stand high temperatures which helps eliminate glazing. Designed for dry grinding but can be used wet as well. We offer these diamonds in double bar, single bar, and round segment design.
